Ingradients
for 30 Meatballs Ground Meat (Any meat is fine) 500grams
1-Brown Onion, 1-large egg
Bread Crumb
Salt
Pepper
Frying Oil
Drained Tofu(optional)
Directions
1. Mince onion and fry halfway at low-mid heat.
2. Put 1. in the bowl and add bread crumb, salt, pepper.(Optional to add drained Tofu for fluffier meatballs.)Mix well.
3. Grease the shallow casserol or cookie sheet. Roll 2. into 1inch to 1.5inch ball and put them on the greased shallow casserol or cookie sheet.
4. Bake 3. in 375-400degree oven for 15 to 20minutes.
5. Open the oven and flip meatballs and bake again for 15minutes or until cooked.
6. After cooled, put 5. into the freezer to be harden then put them in the plastic bag/freezer bag to freeze.
Tips: Make sure the meatballs are cooled. If you put them in the bag before completely cooled, they will stick together and hard to take them apart. You may use frozen meatballs for Spagetti-Meatball, or use them in Sweet & Sour Or you can put few meatballs in the microwave-safe bowl, saran-wrap, then cook for 2minutes at 70-80%power. Add ketchup and/or sauce to taste then cook another 1 minute. They will be nice meatballs for children’s lunch.
