Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1−1/2 onions, diced
- 1/8 Teaspoon garlic, granulated
- 2 cups bread crumbs, fresh
- 2/3 cup cold water
- 1/8 Teaspoon thyme
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1 whole egg
- 1 Teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 Teaspoon salt
Directions
- Soak bread crumbs in cold water and set aside. Saute diced onion until tender. Set aside and allow to cool. Pre−heat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, onions, granulated garlic, and bread crumbs mixed with water. Mix well and add remaining ingredients.
- Mix well and mold into loaves. form in either loaf pans or a meat pan with sides high enough to hold juices. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Mix together in a bowl
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 cup water|In an appropriate size dish, place a:
- 2 lb. sirloin or flank steak
Directions
- Pour sauce (reserve 1/4 cup) over steak.
- Cover, and allow to marinate overnight.
- Drain meat and slice into thin strips. Heat skillet over medium high.
Add drained meat and:
- 1 red bell pepper, cut in thin strips
- 1 green bell pepper, cut in thin strips
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
Directions
- Stir−fry just until meat is done, adding reserved marinade as needed to prevent sticking.
- Serve with warmed flour tortillas.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup bottled steak sauce
- 1/4 cup bourbon whiskey
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
- 4 beef rib, round, or chuck steaks (10 ounces each)
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients except the steaks in a baking dish or resealable plastic storage bag; mix well.
- Add the steaks; cover (or seal) and refrigerate for 2 hours, or overnight. Preheat the grill to medium−high heat.
- Grill the steaks for 12 to 15 minutes, or until desired doneness, turning them over halfway through the grilling.

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. or 2 cups dried Cavatelli or other small
- shell−shaped Italian pasta
- 1/2 lb. or 3 links sweet Italian Sausage
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bunch broccoli
- 1 1/4 cup low−salt chicken broth
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1 tbls. unsalted butter
- Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Squeeze sausage from casings and saute in a heavy skillet or cast iron frying pan. Stir until no longer pink and sausage has broken down into small chunks. Remove sausage with slotted spoon leaving juices in pan.
- Cut broccoli into 1 inch pieces and saute in juices or drippings from the sausage. Stir gently til it begins to brown. Add garlic and saute 1 minute more. Add broth and raisins and simmer until the broccoli is tender, about 3 minutes. Do not over cook. Finally, add butter and stir to melt. Add, with sausage, to cooked pasta and serve with parmesan cheese.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups uncooked instant rice
Directions
- In a saucepan, saute onion and almonds in butter until the onion is tender and teh almonds are lightly browned.
- Add broth; bring to a boil. Stir in rice and cover. Remove from the heat. Let stand for 5-8 minutes or untile the liquid is absorbed. Yield: 6 servings.

Ingredients
- 6 pork chops (1/2 inch thick)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- Pepper to taste
Directions
- In a skillet, brown pork chops on both sides in oil. Top with oranges; sprinkle with cloves and pepper.
- Cover and cook over medium-high heat for 10 minutes or until meat juices run clear. Yield: 6 servings.
